We want to thank you and your staff for your care and support. We have felt very comfortable. The house and gardens look great and the amenities added--the library, club room and work-out areas, are so nice.
We have also enjoyed the opportunity to meet other IBZ residents and local residents at the lectures, musical programs and seasonal parties. You do a great job!
It was so nice to spend six months here in IBZ. I had a pleasant, secure and fruitful life.
Thank you very much for all your kind support. IBZ is a great place to stay for international researchers.
Long live IBZ!
I would like to thank the IBZ team for its hospitality.
I always enjoy my time in Berlin, as I can work here very concentrated, use the great FU library and give some lectures. The IBZ offers great conditions for my work – this is why I always return.
Also many thanks for all those great concerts and events you are organizing!
My neighbors and I enjoy an amazing atmosphere here in which we can focus on our works and benefit from the many opportunities we have here.
The whole family felt like home at the IBZ!
As the host of scientists from around the world the IBZ Berlin offers residents a pleasant and inspiring home for the duration of their stay. The diverse scientific and cultural exchange program - as well as a variety of offers in the neighbourhood - make your stay in Berlin an unforgettable experience. The club, the small library, the gym, the billiard room, the large event hall and last but not least our beautiful garden offer spaces for exciting encounters with other guests and neighbours. The surrounding area, the Rheingauviertel, will contribute to make your arrival relaxed and cheerful.
The team of the IBZ Berlin will answer all your questions regarding living in Germany´s capital and help you to quickly adapt to the new city and your new life. We are happy to support and help you wherever we can.
On June 1st 2017 the long-term IBZ Housemanager Susanne Ratka retires but at the same time does not retire at all: With her "Community Research Project" she will strike a new path.
She hands over the house and event management to her successor Anne Krainz, who is looking forward to meeting many of you at the cultural events of the IBZ.
